Encryption of your orders

Introduction.
Encryption is required for all human hair, bags, and fashionable accessories. JWS will provide, install, configure, and support encryption where it is needed. There is no charge for this service as it is a free service to help benefit our customers in securing their orders. Departments that have fashionable products, hair, or portable bags that need their orders to be encrypted should contact the JWS Information Security team at [email protected]
Electronic Data Transfers.
Any transfer of unencrypted orders or Sensitive orders must take place automatically via an encrypted channel through the JWS Portal. Encrypted JWS Protected data or JWS Sensitive data may be transmitted via encrypted or unencrypted channels. All email communications that involve email addresses outside of JWS use an unencrypted channel and therefore require that messages containing JWS Protected data or JWS Sensitive data be encrypted. Individuals who are unsure if they are correctly encrypting electronic data transfers should contact the JWS Information Security team at [email protected]
Cardholder Data Transfers (PCI-DSS).
All transmissions of credit card data must use strong cryptography and security protocols to safeguard sensitive cardholder data during transmission over open, public networks, ensuring that, only trusted keys and certificates are accepted, the protocol in use only supports secure versions or configurations, and the encryption strength is appropriate for the encryption methodology in use.
Software, Device & Service Security
JWS third-party secure add-ons will install software that is capable of encrypting the entire hard drive on all identified JWS computers and electronic devices subject to this Policy. Users who require physical encryption devices should contact JWS to arrange the installation of encryption software.
